When we connect, we’ll talk about what type of photographs you are looking for. Do you want to remember your three year-old at this age? (They do grow up so fast). To capture the whole family, all together at the same time? To preserve the memory of your senior’s last year of high school?
Think about the type of feeling you want. Is it a carefully posed formal photograph, or something more casual and laid back? Or somewhere in between?
Next is where to go. Your backyard? A favorite park or playground? Your family’s favorite hangout? Be creative! If you’re stuck, I’ll have some ideas, too.
Wear something comfortable. Something you feel great in. Something that says “it’s you!”. Your family does not have to all wear matching outfits, unless they want to!
Bring your child’s favorite toy, blanket or stuffed friend (they are part of the family, too). Have your senior bring an instrument, sports equipment or whatever shows who they are. Changes of clothing are welcome.
Sessions can be from about 30 minutes to approximately two hours.
